喜剧电影爆火背后的社会心理分析——以《热辣滚烫》为例

摘要 2024年春节档《热辣滚烫》《飞驰人生2》等喜剧电影爆火,在网络平台的讨论量不断上升,掀起阵阵热潮,其背后是人们生活压力越来越大,由此导致的习得性无助、讨好心理、焦虑心理、躺平心理等心理共同作用的结果,以期望从喜剧电影中获得短暂的愉快和轻松。本文以《热辣滚烫》为例,探索喜剧电影爆火背后的心理学原因,并对如何进行心理调适进行方法探析,个人可以通过提高自我效能感、增强主体意识、拒绝情绪内耗、提高顿感力、创造积极情绪等方面提高自我心理建设以进行自我调适,或主动寻求外界帮助进行心理咨询;文艺工作者和国家部门还可以从创作优秀文艺作品、营造晴朗网络环境等方面改善社会风气、缓解社会焦虑。 In 2024, comedy movies such as “YOLO” and “Flying Life 2” will become popular, and the amount of discussion on online platforms will continue to rise, setting off a wave of enthusiasm, which is the result of the combined effect of learned helplessness, pleasing psychology, anxiety, lying flat psychology and other psychology due to the increasing pressure on people’s lives, in order to get short-term pleasure and relaxation from comedy movies. This paper takes YOLO as an example to explore the psychological reasons behind the explosion of comedy movies, and analyzes how to carry out psychological adjustment, so that individuals can improve their self-efficacy, enhance their sense of subjectivity, reject emotional internal friction, improve their sense of suddenness, and create positive emotions, or actively seek external help for psychological counseling. Literary and artistic workers and state departments can also improve the social atmosphere and alleviate social anxiety by creating excellent literary and artistic works and creating a clear online environment.
