美育融入贫困大学生心理健康教育的实践路径探究

摘要 贫困大学生是高校的一个特殊群体,面临的不仅有经济贫困,心理贫困亦是普遍且突出。美育作为我国社会主义教育中不可或缺的一部分,它在调节情绪、陶养性灵、促进理性和感性协调发展以及塑造健全人格等方面有着显著功效。针对当前高校贫困生心理健康教育现状,以美育为切入点,开拓教育新思路,提出加强美育和心理健康教育的互融共促,并从发挥高校主导和个人主体两个层面明确实施路径,以提升贫困大学生心理健康教育的针对性和实效性。 Poor college students are a special group of colleges and universities, facing not only economic poverty, but also psychological poverty is common and prominent. As an indispensable part of socialist education in China, aesthetic education plays a significant role in regulating emotions, cultivating the spirit, promoting the harmonious development of reason and sensibility, and shaping sound personality. According to the current situation of mental health education for poor college students, this paper explores new ideas of education, proposes to strengthen the integration and promotion of aesthetic education and mental health education, and puts forward specific practical paths from the leading role of colleges and individuals, so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of mental health education for poor college students.
