县城高中生学习压力分析与缓解对策研究

摘要 为了解县城高中生的学习压力情况,通过问卷调查法,从自身、家庭、学校三个维度对某县城高中(S中学) 314名学生的学习压力现状进行了调查研究。结果发现,S中学高中生的学习压力普遍较高,同伴进步、考试排名等会给学生带来较大的学习压力;通过性别相关性分析发现,女生的学习压力高于男生;通过学习压力来源的相关性分析发现,高考、父母关注度、课程任务等与学生的学习压力呈显著相关。基于此,学校和家庭应做好沟通疏导工作,缓解学生的学习压力,学生也应学会自我调节以提高适应能力。 This study aims to investigate the study stress experienced by high school students in a county. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 314 students from S Middle School, focusing on three dimensions: self, family, and school. The findings indicate that the study pressure faced by S Middle School students is generally high, with factors such as peer competition and exam rankings contributing significantly to their stress levels. Gender correlation analysis reveals that girls experience higher levels of study pressure compared to boys. Furthermore, the sources of learning pressure including college entrance examinations, parental expectations, and coursework are found to be significantly related to students’ study stress. Based on these results, effective communication between schools and families is recommended in order to alleviate students’ academic pressures. Additionally, it is crucial for students themselves to develop self-regulation skills in order to enhance adaptability.
