问题性社交媒体使用、学习倦怠、自我职业生涯管理的关系研究

摘要 目的:探讨大学生问题性社交媒体使用及相关因素研究。方法:选用问题性社交媒体使用问卷、学习倦怠问卷、职业生涯管理问卷对陕西省某高校5000名在校大学生进行调查分析。结果:1) 不同性别的在校大学生学习倦怠的差异有统计学意义(P P P P < 0.01),在问题性社交媒体使用的F值为18.47;自我职业生涯管理的F值为11.77;学习倦怠的F值为11.53。2) 问题性社交媒体使用与自我职业生涯管理以及学习倦怠存在显著影响。结论:问题性社交媒体使用与自我职业生涯管理呈显著负相关,与学习倦怠呈显著正相关。自我职业生涯管理在问题性社交媒体使用与学习倦怠之间起到完全中介作用。 Objective: To explore the problematic social media use and related factors of college students. Methods: Social media use questionnaire, learning burnout questionnaire and career management questionnaire were used to investigate and analyze 5000 college students in Shaanxi province. Results: 1) There were significant differences in learning burnout between different genders (P P P P < 0.01). F-value of self-career management was 11.77;The F-score of learning burnout was 11.53. 2) Problematic social media use has significant effects on self-career management and learning burnout. Conclusion: Problematic social media use was negatively correlated with self-career management and positively correlated with learning burnout. Self-career management is a complete mediator between problematic social media use and learning burnout.
