留守儿童社交焦虑对抑郁的影响:一项横断研究

摘要 本研究探讨了社交焦虑对留守儿童抑郁的影响机制,并验证了负性情绪信息注意偏向在其中的中介作用以及社会支持的调节作用。具体而言,研究结果表明社交焦虑不仅能直接正向预测留守儿童的抑郁,而且通过负性情绪信息注意偏向间接影响留守儿童的抑郁。此外,研究还发现,留守儿童的社会支持在社交焦虑与抑郁关系中起到调节作用,尤其是当社交焦虑水平较高时,社会支持对抑郁的缓解作用更加明显。因此,本研究不仅揭示了社交焦虑影响留守儿童抑郁的机制,还为社会支持干预提供了实证依据。 This study explored the mechanism by which social anxiety affects depression in left-behind children and verified the mediating role of negative emotional information attention bias and the regulatory role of social support. Specifically, the results indicate that social anxiety can not only directly predict depression in left-behind children but also indirectly affect their depression through negative emotional information attention bias. Furthermore, the study found that social support for left-behind children plays a regulatory role in the relationship between social anxiety and depression;especially when social anxiety levels are high, the mitigating effect of social support on depression becomes more evident. Therefore, this study not only reveals the mechanism by which social anxiety affects depression in left-behind children but also provides empirical evidence for social support interventions.
