基于当代青年需要心理的思想政治教育优化研究

Research on the Optimization of Ideological and Political Education Based on the Psychological Needs of Contemporary Youth

在当前社会背景下,青年需要心理呈现出不同以往的特征和表现,对思想政治教育提出了更高要求,基于当代青年需要心理的思想政治教育优化研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。当代青年的需要心理具有多样性、层次性、差异性、矛盾性,主要表现为自我认同、社交关系、心理健康。当前思想政治教育存在一些问题,基于青年需要心理对思想政治教育优化有着深刻的社会重要性,本文从增强思想政治教育针对性与实效性、创新思想政治教育形式与手段、健全思想政治教育机制与体系三个方面提出思想政治教育优化路径,为促进青年全面健康成长提供理论支持和实践指导。

In the current social context, the psychological needs of young people exhibit different characteristics and manifestations from the past, which puts forward higher requirements for ideological and political education. The optimization research of ideological and political education based on the psychological needs of contemporary young people has important theoretical and practical significance. The psychological needs of contemporary youth are diverse, hierarchical, differential, and contradictory, mainly manifested in self-identity, social relationships, and mental health. There are some problems in current ideological and political education. Based on the psychological needs of young people, optimizing ideological and political education has profound social importance. This article proposes an optimization path for ideological and political education from three aspects: enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education, innovating the forms and means of ideological and political education, and improving the mechanism and system of ideological and political education. It provides theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the comprehensive and healthy growth of young people.
