大学生心理健康教育与思想政治教育是高校育人工作的两大核心,这两方面在大学生的成长中紧密相连,相互影响。在新时代的育人工作中,尽管两者都取得了显著的成果,但也面临着新的时代挑战和考验。虽然两者各自独立,但又相互交叉,为融合提供了坚实的基础。然而,实现大学生思想政治教育与心理健康教育面临着诸多困境。对此,需要从多个方面加强建设,包括制度框架、理论体系以及师资队伍。同时,还需要落实家庭、学校和社会三级联动机制,为大学生的思想政治教育与心理健康教育提供全方位的支持和保障,推动其长远发展。College students’ mental health education and ideological and political education are the two major cores of the parenting work in colleges and universities, and these two aspects are closely connected and interact with each other in the growth of college students. In the new era of parenting work, although both have achieved remarkable results, they are also facing new challenges and tests of the times. Although they are independent of each other, they intersect with each other, providing a solid foundation for integration. However, realizing ideological and political education and mental health education of college students faces many dilemmas. In this regard, it is necessary to strengthen the construction in many aspects, including the institutional framework, the theoretical system, and the teaching staff. At the same time, it is also necessary to implement the three-level linkage mechanism of family, school and society, so as to provide all-round support and guarantee for the ideological and political education and mental health education of college students, and to promote their long-term development.
