基于生态系统理论的家校社协同心理育人研究

摘要 高质量的教育体系建设离不开学校、家庭、社会三方的协同作用,家校社协同心理育人话题备受关注,然而目前协同心理育人存在诸多现实困境。本文基于生态系统理论提出家校社协同心理育人建设机制:明晰各方职责,厘清责任定位;建立沟通机制,实行联动共育;整合多方资源,营造健康环境。The construction of a high-quality education system is inseparable from the synergistic efforts of schools, families, and society. The topic of Family-School-Society collaborative mental education has garnered significant attention. However, there are numerous practical challenges at present. Based on Ecological Systems Theory, this paper proposes the following mechanisms for Family-School-Society collaborative mental education: defining the responsibilities and roles of all parties;establishing a communication mechanism for collaborative education;and integrating various resources to foster a healthy environment.
