生命教育理念融入大学生心理健康教育课程的路径探究

摘要 目前,学生轻生事件频繁发生,如何开展好生命教育是当前教育的重要问题。本研究试图将生命教育理念融入“大学生心理健康教育”的课程体系,旨在从心理健康教育的视角出发,探讨并提出针对大学生错误生命观的纠正策略以及完善生命教育的切实可行的方法与措施。文章从大学生心理健康教育的教学实际出发,探索心理健康教育与生命教育的融合途径,从教学设计和教学评估等方面进行了全面的阐述和分析。Currently, incidents of student suicides are occurring frequently, and how to effectively carry out life education has become an important issue in current education. This study attempts to integrate the philosophy of life education into the curriculum system of “College students mental health education”. It aims to explore and propose corrective strategies for university students’ misconceptions about life and practical methods and measures to improve life education from the perspective of mental health education. Starting from the practical teaching of mental health education for university students, the article explores the ways to integrate mental health education and life education, and provides comprehensive elaboration and analysis from aspects such as teaching design and teaching evaluation.
