摘要
2021年国家开始实施“三孩”政策,我国正式进入“全面三孩”时代。女性作为生育的主力军,生育意愿主导着她们的生育行为,并且被个人、家庭、社会等因素影响。女性在孕期以及生产之后抚育中所承担的不可替代的校色,使得女性在职场上处于劣势地位。因此,女性的职业价值观会在很大程度上去影响其生育意愿。本文介绍了职业价值观、生育意愿的概念以及两者关系,总结了职业价值观和生育意愿的测量方法,并对之后的研究提出了展望。In 2021, the nation embarked on the implementation of the “Three-Child Policy,” marking the official inception of the “Universal Three-Child Era” in our country. Women, as the principal force in reproduction, have their fertility behaviors guided by their fertility intentions, which are in turn influenced by a myriad of personal, familial, and societal factors. The indispensable role women play during pregnancy and subsequent childcare places them at a disadvantage in the professional arena. Consequently, women’s occupational values significantly impact their fertility intentions to a considerable extent. This paper delves into the definitions of occupational values and fertility intentions, along with their interrelationships. It consolidates methodologies for assessing both constructs and proposes prospects for future research endeavors, all while adhering to a professional lexicon befitting academic discourse.
