摘要
随着融媒体时代的加速到来,高校心理健康教育面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。融媒体以其强大的信息传播力和广泛的覆盖面,为高校学生开辟了知识获取的新渠道,也为高校心理健康教育工作指明了新方向。然而,信息生态失衡、教师权威弱化、资源与评价脱节等问题也逐步显现,对高校心理健康教育的实施构成了潜在威胁。因此,审视并优化融媒体环境下的高校心理健康教育至关重要。鉴于此,本研究构建了师资重塑、教学模式创新、科技深度融合、评价机制优化及社群矩阵构建等多维度创新路径,以期为高校心理健康教育提供借鉴参考,推动高校心理健康教育向更加智能化、多元化、互动化的方向发展。With the accelerated arrival of the era of integrated media, university mental health education has ushered in brand-new opportunities and challenges. Through its wide dissemination of information and strong coverage, integrated media broaden students’ knowledge horizons and lead the new direction of mental health education. However, problems such as information imbalance, weakened authority of teachers, and disconnected evaluation of resources have emerged, threatening the implementation of mental health education in universities. Therefore, it becomes crucial to review and optimize the university mental health education in the integrated media environment. Therefore, this study has constructed multidimensional innovation paths such as teacher training and development, teaching mode innovation, deep integration of technology, optimization of evaluation mechanisms, and construction of community platforms, in order to provide reference for mental health education in universities, and promote the development of mental health education in universities towards a more intelligent, diversified, and interactive direction.
