感恩对留守青少年抑郁的影响——学校归属感的中介作用

摘要 目的:探讨感恩对留守青少年抑郁的影响机制,进一步探究学校归属感在两者之间的中介作用。方法:采用《青少年感恩量表》、《抑郁自评量表》、《学校归属感量表》对338名留守青少年进行调查。结果:1) 留守青少年感恩和学校归属感与抑郁显著负相关,留守青少年感恩与学校归属感显著正相关;2) 留守青少年感恩能负向预测抑郁,留守青少年感恩能正向预测学校归属感;3) 学校归属感在感恩与留守青少年抑郁的影响中起部分中介作用。结论:留守青少年感恩不仅可以直接预测抑郁,还可以通过学校归属感间接影响抑郁。Objective: To explore the mechanism of gratitude on depression in left-behind adolescents and further explore the mediating role of belonging to school. Methods: 338 left-behind teenagers were investigated by using the Youth Gratitude Scale, The Depression Self-evaluation Scale and The Sense of School belonging Scale. Results: 1) gratitude and school belonging are significantly negatively correlated with depression, left-behind youth gratitude is significantly positively correlated with school belonging;2) left-behind youth gratitude can negatively predict depression, left-behind youth gratitude can positively predict school belonging;3) school belonging plays a partial intermediary role in the influence of gratitude and depression of left-behind adolescents. Conclusion: Gratitude of left-behind teenagers can not only directly predict depression, but also indirectly affect depression through the sense of belonging to school.
