摘要 相较于普通人,学习障碍者在情绪和心理健康等方面面临更多挑战。本文对学习障碍的康复策略进行综述,其成因涉及信息处理、遗传和神经心理学等多个方面。探讨了多种康复策略,如认知行为疗法、语言疗法、社交技能训练和家庭支持,以及新兴技术的应用。强调了个性化康复计划和多学科合作的重要性,以提高学习障碍者的生活质量和幸福感。Compared to the general population, people with learning disabilities face more challenges in areas such as emotional and mental health. This article provides an overview of rehabilitation strategies for learning disabilities, the causes of which involve various aspects of information processing, genetics and neuropsychology. A variety of rehabilitation strategies are explored, such as cognitive behavioural therapy, speech therapy, social skills training and family support, as well as the use of emerging technologies. The importance of individualised rehabilitation plans and multidisciplinary collaboration is emphasised to improve the quality of life and well-being of people with learning disabilities.
