结果表明,不同性别的医学生在反刍思维与睡眠质量上均存在显著性差异(p p p p As a basic human physiology, good sleep quality mitigates individuals’ state of fatigue and enhances sense of well-being. Instead, poor sleep causes a range of negative consequences, such as poor concentration, adverse emotional experiences, and increased levels of depression and anxiety. The study aims at exploring the relationship between rumination and sleep quality among medical university students, and uses “Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index” revised by Liu Xincheng et al. and “Ruminative Response Scale” revised by Han Xiu et al. to survey 357 medical university students’ sleep state. The results shows that there are significant differences in both rumination and sleep quality among medical university students in different gender (p p p p < 0.01).
