The individual first needs to establish a clear understanding of the habit and establish a clear goal to stimulate the internal motivation and desire. Then, through carefully constructed environmental fields, various cues in the environment are used to simplify the decision-making process and promote the behavior to occur naturally in the unconscious state. Reward mechanisms can reinforce behavior and improve the efficiency of habit formation. Ultimately, habit formation is marked when an individual is able to perform a certain action quickly and unconsciously.
