摘要
督导是社会工作专业训练的内在要求,是我国社会工作人才队伍建设的重要内容。社会工作督导与评估作为一种专业的社会工作方法或程序,是有效开展社会工作服务的重要保证。在社会工作服务实施中,第一对象是服务对象,第二是提供服务的社会工作者,第三是督导,通过专业的方式指导和支持社会工作者实现服务目标。但社会工作者并不是万能的,在提供服务的过程中,社会工作者投入过多的情感劳动,通过基于专业价值的深层扮演和情感整饰,想要帮助服务对象解决问题、满足需求,久而久之,会认为社会工作者所投入的情感是“理所当然”的,可是也有社会工作者达成不了的目标,会产生消极情绪,甚至出现心理问题,这个时候,通过定期、持续的督导,提供压力疏导和情绪支持,激发督导对象的工作热情,营造安全和信任的工作环境,增强组织关怀,改善督导对象的心理健康,提高自我价值感。Supervision is the inherent requirement of social work professional training, and it is an important part of the construction of social work talent team in China. As a professional social work method or procedure, social work supervision and evaluation is an important guarantee for effective social work services. In the implementation of social work services, the first object is the service object, the second is the social worker who provides the service, and the third is the supervisor, who guides and supports the social worker to achieve the service goal through the professional way. However, social workers are not omnipotent. In the process of providing services, social workers invest too much emotional labor. Through deep play and emotional decoration based on professional value, they want to help clients solve problems and meet their needs. Over time, they will think that the emotions invested by social workers are “taken for granted”. However, there are also social workers who cannot achieve their goals, which will produce negative emotions and even psychological problems. At this time, through regular and continuous supervision, stress counseling and emotional support are provided to stimulate the enthusiasm of the supervisors, create a safe and trusted working environment, enhance organizational care, improve the mental health of the supervision object, and improve the sense of self-worth.
