摘要
目的:检验多维职业生涯不安全感量表在中国员工中的信度、效度及跨性别的测量等值性。方法:采用问卷法先后对687名在职人员施测。结果:中文版多维职业生涯不安全感量表包括8个因子,共32个条目。总量表及8个因子的内部一致性系数分别为0.96、0.79、0.82、0.85、0.93、0.86、0.84、0.89和0.89,重测信度分别为0.94、0.72、0.81、0.90、0.83、0.76、0.73、0.78和0.83。模型拟合指标良好,具有跨性别的测量等值性。结论:中文版多维职业生涯不安全感量表具有良好的信度和效度,可用于中国员工职业生涯不安全感的测量。Objective: To test the reliability, validity, and measurement invariance across genders of the Multidimensional Career Insecurity Scale for Chinese employees. Methods: 687 employees were selected and surveyed in the research. Results: There were 32 items in the Chinese version of the Multidimensional Career Insecurity Scale, including 8 factors. The internal consistency reliabilities of Chinese version of the Multidimensional Career Insecurity Scale and its 8 factors were 0.96, 0.79, 0.82, 0.85, 0.93, 0.86, 0.84, 0.89 and 0.89, respectively, the test-retest reliabilities were 0.94, 0.72, 0.81, 0.90, 0.83, 0.76, 0.73, 0.78 and 0.83, respectively. Confirmatory factor analysis showed a good fit to the data, and measurement invariance across genders was acceptable. Conclusion: With acceptable psychometric quality, the Chinese version of the Multidimensional Career Insecurity Scale can be used to measure the career insecurity of Chinese employees.
