摘要
激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)是一种基于原子发射光谱学的物质组分分析技术,激光诱导击穿光谱技术已经成为光谱学领域的研究热点。尤其是近几年,LIBS技术发展迅速,出现了双脉冲激光诱导击穿光谱技术等,本文分为ns/ns-LIBS、fs/fs-LIBS、fs/ns-LIBS和不同激光脉冲组成结构等部分做简要评述,并给出利用飞秒激光等离子体丝-纳秒激光诱导击穿光谱技术(Filament-ns DP-LIBS)的优势。
Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is a material composition analysis technique based on atomic emission spectroscopy. Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy has become a research hotspot in the field of spectroscopy. Especially in recent years, LIBS technology has developed rapidly, and double pulse laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy has appeared. This paper is di-vided into ns/ns-LIBS, fs/fs-LIBS, fs/ns-LIBS and different laser pulse structures. A brief review is made in part, and the advantages of femtosecond laser plasma-nanosecond laser induced break-down spectroscopy (Filament-ns DP-LIBS) are given.
