一种低VOC汽车内饰聚丙烯材料的应用

摘要 车内空气质量对司机及乘员的健康带来很大影响,各大主机厂对汽车散发特性和VOC的要求越来越高。本文研究了一种高分子材料,该材料在改性聚丙烯PP/PE-TD20的基础上,用5%无机多孔矿物质页岩蛋白石粉代替5%滑石粉。研究表明新材料的基本物理性能及系列外观检测满足客户标准,散发四项及VOC检测数值明显降低,证明此材料是一种健康环保型低VOC改性聚丙烯材料。 Automotive interior air quality brings great influence on the health of the driver and passengers. OEM requirements for vehicle emissions and VOCs (volatile organic compounds) are more and more seriously. In this paper, we studied a kind of polymer material, which using 5% inorganic porous mineral shale protein powder replaced 5% talc powder basis on modified polypropylene PP/PE-TD20 material. The studies show that the basic physical properties and appearance test of the new material can meet the OEM standard, four emissions and VOC test values decrease obvi-ously. It is proved that the material is a kind of healthy and environmentally friendly low VOC modified polypropylene materials.
