摘要
设计了一种非球面二级聚光镜,改善了光漏斗式的二级聚光镜的电池表面的光照均匀性。利用Kohler照明的原理实现了用于偏心式的Fresnel透镜的自由曲面二级聚光镜的设计。并利用超精密车削技术实现了非球面二级聚光镜的加工,通过光学实验验证了设计的合理性和正确性。
An aspheric secondary concentrator is designed to improve the illumination uniformity of the cell surface of the optical funnel secondary concentrator. Based on Kohler illumination principle, the design of freeform secondary concentrator for eccentric Fresnel lens is realized. The machining of aspheric secondary concentrator is realized by ultra precision turning technology. The rationality and correctness of the design are verified by optical experiments.
