乘用车车内振动噪声测试方法研究

摘要 本文研究汽油乘用车行驶工况下车内振动噪声的测试和分析方法,该方法包含测点的选择和布置,典型行驶工况的选取,测点涵盖了车内乘员主要接触和活动区域,具有针对性。试验数据从时域和频域两个方面进行分析,得到被测车辆振动噪声的数值结果和主要频率特征,分析了不同工况下现象和结果差异的原因,为乘用车振动噪声的研究和评价提供了一种试验分析方法。 This paper studies the test and analysis method of vibration and noise in gasoline passenger car under driving conditions. The method includes the selection and layout of test points, the selection of typical driving conditions, and the test points cover the main contact and activity areas of the passengers in the car, which is targeted. The test data are analyzed from two aspects of time domain and frequency domain, and the numerical results and main frequency characteristics of the meas-ured vehicle vibration and noise are obtained. The reasons for the differences of phenomena and results under different working conditions are analyzed, which provides an experimental analysis method for the research and evaluation of passenger vehicle vibration and noise.
