摘要
通过改进加热方式来提高雾化效果是加热不燃烧(HNB)烟草制品的研发热点,相对于目前广泛采用的电阻式加热技术,红外辐射加热技术是一个全新的应用方向。本文对红外加热技术及其应用进行了概述,对红外辐射材料在不同粉体含量、掺杂成分含量和膜厚条件下的发射率影响规律进行了探索,对传统与红外基体烟气成分释放量表现进行了匹配性研究,同时对红外辐射材料在新型烟草加热器具方面的应用形式和研究前景进行了展望。
Improving the atomization effect by improving the heating method is a hot spot in the research of heat-not-burn tobacco products. Compared with the resistance heating technology widely used at present, IR heating is a new application direction. In this paper, the IR heating technology and its application are summarized, the matching characteristics of infrared radiation materials and HNB tobacco were studied, and the application forms and research prospects of infrared radiation materials in HNB appliances were prospected.
