摘要
本研究采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等方法,对广东省七个地市的286名中学体育教师进行了调查和分析,其内容包括:中学体育教师的整体结构特征、对继续教育的认识,参加继续教育培训学习的目的,参加继续教育培训的途径,参加继续教育培训的内容,参加继续教育培训的时间,参加继续教育培训的经费来源,参加继续教育的评价方式和对继续教育培训的期望和要求。最后,根据分析结果提出了发展完善中学体育教师继续教育培训的对策。
This study has researched and analyzed 286 middles school gym teachers from 7 different cities of Guangdong province by the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and so on. The research contents include the whole structure characteristics of Guangdong middle school physical education teachers, knowledge of continuing education, and the purpose, ways, contents, time, funds origin, evaluation methods, the expectation and requirements of the training attending of continuing education. Finally, it puts forward the strategies of developing and improving the continuing education of middle school physical education teachers based on the analysis results.
