全民健身与医保改革相融合的新型合作模式研究—以苏州市为例

A Study on New Integration Mode of National Fitness and Medical Insurance Reform—Illustrated by the Example of Suzhou City

本文以苏州太仓市全民健身与医保改革相融合模式的开展现状为研究切入点,采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法、现场观察法、数理统计法等,分别从政府层面推行后存在的现实困难、健身机构的运行效果、参与市民的反馈信息三方面进行梳理,本着研究现状、发现问题、提出建议的思路,推进全民健身与医保改革新型合作模式的更好融合,为政府完善政策提供数据支撑,为全省推广提供理论依据。

Starting from investigating the present situation of integration of National Fitness and Medical Insurance Reform in Taicang city, utilizing questionnaire research method, literature material analyzing method, interview method, field observation method, mathematical statistics analysis method, this article combs respectively from the difficulties the government faces, operation effect of health organizations, participants’ feedback, aiming at studying the present situation, discovering problems and proposing advice, this article puts forward ideas to promote the national fitness and Medical Insurance Reform’s better integration mode and provides data support for the government to perfect the policy and provides theoretical basis for the provincial development.
