如何提高体育课练习密度

How to Improve the Practice Density of Physical Education

摘要 普通高中体育与健康课程是以身体练习为主要手段,以培养学生学科核心素养为主要目标的课程。而体育与健康课程中的练习密度是决定体育课教学质量的重要指标之一。通过对影响体育课练习密度的以下四个因素:组织调队、课的类型、教学内容、教学设计进行科学分析,本文探索出如下四种有效方法:精简课堂组织调动、精讲精练、合理搭配教学内容、优化教学设计来提高体育课练习密度,促进学生课堂参与度,提升教学质量。 The curriculum of physical education and health in ordinary senior high school is a curriculum that takes physical exercise as the main means and aims at cultivating students’ discipline core quality. And exercise density of sports and health course is one of the important indicators of determining the quality of physical education teaching. Based on the scientific analysis of the following four factors affecting the exercise density of physical education: organization and mobilization of teams, the type of course, teaching content and design of course, this paper explores the following four effective methods: downsizing classroom organization to mobilize, earnestly, reasonable collocation teaching contents, optimizing teaching design to improve the density of physical education practice, promoting the students’ classroom participation, and improving the teaching quality.
