高校三对三篮球运动员选材指标探讨

Discussion on the Selection Index of College Three-on-Three Basketball Players

随着三对三篮球正式成为奥运项目,中国也掀起了一阵三对三篮球热潮。随之而来的是各高校越来越重视该运动项目,高校之间各组别的三对三联赛也随之展开。三人制篮球赛在规则、人数、场地等各方面与传统的五人制篮球有着不同,因此在运动员选择上也有不同的要求。本文从2018年FIBA《篮球规则》一书中的五人制篮球规则和三人制篮球规则入手,探寻五人制篮球和三人制篮球的异同点。并且在传统的五人制篮球选材指标指导下,打破传统的靠经验选材和自然淘汰选材方法的局限性,根据三人制篮球的特点将选材指标精确化,选择最适合三对三篮球运动的球员。以我国优秀的三对三篮球代表队成员为研究对象,通过分析优秀的三对三篮球运动员的各项特征,总结出一套适用于三人制篮球运动专项选材的方法。通过指标对应分值的计算方法进行运动选材,旨在为各高校进行三对三篮球运动员选材方面提供一系列有益的参考,帮助其取得优异的运动成绩。

With three-on-three officially becoming an Olympic sport, China is experiencing a frenzy of three-on-three basketball. As a result, colleges and universities attach more importance to this sport, and the three-for-three league among colleges and universities is also carried out. The three-player basketball game is different from the traditional five-a-side basketball game in terms of rules, number of players and the court, so there are different requirements for the selection of players. This paper starts with the rules of five-a-side basketball and three-a-side basketball in the book FiBA Basketball Rules in 2018, and explores the similarities and differences between five-a-side basketball and three-a-side basketball. And under the guidance of the traditional five-a-side basketball talent selection index, breaking the limitations of the traditional methods of selecting talent based on experience and natural elimination, and according to the characteristics of three-a-side basketball, making the selection index accurate, the players best suited for the three-on-three basketball game are selected. The members of our excellent three-on-three basketball team were taken as the research object. By analyzing the characteristics of the excellent three-pair three-basketball players, this paper sums up a set of methods suitable for the selection of special talents in three-person basketball. The material selection was carried out by calculating the corresponding score of the index. The purpose of this paper is to provide a series of useful references for colleges and universities to select three pairs of basketball players in order to help them obtain excellent sports results.
