摘要
本研究运用传统医学的阴阳、脏象、经络等理论对健身气功易筋经与健身气功八段锦两套健身气功功法共计22个动作进行深入剖析,并对每个动作的养生机理从传统医学角度加以论述。
This study used the theories of Yin and Yang, viscera, meridians and collaterals of traditional medicine to make an in-depth analysis of the two sets of fitness Yijinjing and fitness Baduanjin, a total of 22 movements, and discussed the health keeping mechanism of each movement from the perspective of traditional medicine.
