体以立德 以体树人:体育院校课程思政的思考与探索

Cultivating Morality through Physical Education: Thinking and Exploration on the Construction of Ideological and Political Courses of Sports Colleges

新时代教育的目的是培养有道德、有思想、有格局,能够自觉担当民族复兴大任的时代新人,体育院校课程思政的意义在于通过体育教育,完成精神塑造、价值引领、思想培养的使命,回归体育教育本位。体育院校课程思政有其思想基础:从文化视角看,以中国文化为生成土壤和发展环境的体育具有“载道”功能;从历史视角看,体育的灵魂是道德修养与爱国主义;从教育视角看,体育教育的宗旨是育人。体育院校课程思政的育人资源非常丰富,主要表现在中华民族传统美德、奥林匹克精神、科学与人文精神三个方面。体育院校课程思政的实践途径是融道于术:提升教师修养是关键,遵循教学规律是原则,融入无痕,润物无声则是实施所达的理想境界。

The education in new era aims to cultivate the new generation into moral, thoughtful, and visionary man, who can consciously assume the great responsibility of national rejuvenation. The significance of ideological and political courses of sports colleges lies in completing the mission of spirit-shaping, value-guidance, and ideology-training, returning to the physical education-oriented aim. Ideological and political courses of sports colleges has ideological basis. From culture perspective, sports, taking Chinese culture as living soil and development environment, has the function of “bearing the Daoism”;From history perspective, the core of physical education is moral cultivation and patriotism;From education perspective, the purpose of physical education is to educate people. There are lots of educational resources in ideological and political courses of sports colleges, mainly reflected in three aspects, including Chinese traditional virtues, the Olympic spirit, and science &humanity. The practical approach of ideological and political courses of sports colleges is to integrating “Daoism” in “Shu”: It is critical that improve teachers’ cultivation and follow the teaching rules. And the ideal condition is named “integrating without traces, moistening without sound”.
