摘要
应用可穿戴式无线肌电仪对健身成效进行评测,可以及时地反映健身时局部的肌肉状态,为实现实时监护与远程检测提供解决方案,这些特点迎合了广大人民群众进行科学健身的普遍要求。可穿戴式无线肌电仪评测手段在运动训练领域已经得到一定范围的应用,但是其在大众健身领域的实施以及实践较为少见。本文对可穿戴式无线肌电仪评测健身成效的应用进行概述,主要包括sEMG信息采集与WSN传输的技术特征与要求、佩戴要求、操作要求、应用领域等分析内容,目的是把先进的可穿戴式无线肌电仪评测手段介绍、推广给大众健身领域,为科学健身的实施过程提供更为及时有效的监控服务。
The use of wearable wireless electromyography to evaluate fitness results can reflect the local muscle state during exercise in a timely manner, and provide solutions for real-time monitoring and remote detection. These features cater to the general public for scientific fitness requirement. The wearable wireless EMG evaluation method has been applied to a certain extent in the field of sports training, but its implementation and practice in the field of mass fitness are relatively rare. This paper discusses and analyzes the application scheme of wearable wireless EMG for evaluating fitness results, mainly including the technical characteristics and requirements of sEMG information acquisition and WSN transmission, wearing requirements, operation requirements, application fields and other analysis contents. The wearable wireless EMG evaluation method is introduced and promoted to the public fitness field, providing more timely and effective monitoring services for the implementation process of scientific fitness.
