我国体育教练员职业化评价体系的建立与应用

Establishment and Application of Professionalization Evaluation System for Sports Coaches in China

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法,依据职业化评价指标的选取原则,遴选出我国体育教练员职业化评价指标,进而构建我国体育教练员职业化评价指标体系。运用问卷调查法、德尔菲法和层次分析法,对体育教练员职业化水平和程度进行评价,测度表明,我国体育教练员职业化程度尚处于由成长期向成熟初期转换的进程中。

By methods of literature and expert interviews, according to the selection principle of the professional evaluation index, the professional evaluation index of our country’s sports coaches is selected, and then the professional evaluation index system of our country’s sports coaches is constructed. The professional level and degree of sports coaches were evaluated by using questionnaire, Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process. According to the study, the professionalization degree of our country’s sports coaches is still in the process of changing from the growth period to the early maturity period.
