大型体育赛事助推城市更新的经济价值、现实困境与优化策略——基于2022年北京冬奥会举办城市视角

The Economic Value, Practical Difficulties and Optimization Strategies of Large-Scale Sports Events Promoting Urban Renewal—Based on the Perspective of the Host City of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics

本文通过了解2022年北京冬奥会加快城市更新的涵义,为冬奥会助力城市更新指明方向。大型体育赛事具有经济价值和社会文化功能,特别是国际赛事更有助于增强举办城市与城市产业的相互作用,通过举办大型体育赛事改善城市产业链的同时,提升城市的合理化更新。当前阶段2022年冬奥会的举办尚且存在诸多问题。例如赛后体育场馆设施问题显著,城市产业的多元治理问题有待加强,大型体育赛事改善城市生活的理念缺失等困境。因此,本文提出了大型体育赛事与城市发展更新相结合的观念更新,拓展城市消费更新、传承冬奥文化、推动城市文化更新等助推城市更新的实施路径。

This article points out the direction for the Winter Olympics to help urban renewal by under-standing the meaning of accelerating urban renewal during the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. Large-scale sports events have economic value and social and cultural functions, especially inter-national events are more conducive to enhancing the interaction between the host city and the city’s industry. By holding large-scale sports events, the city’s industrial chain can be improved and the rationalization of the city can be improved. At the current stage, there are still many problems in hosting the 2022 Winter Olympics. For example, there are obvious problems with the facilities of sports venues after the game, the problem of multi-governance of urban industries needs to be strengthened, and the lack of concept of large-scale sports events improving urban life and other difficulties. Therefore, this paper proposes the concept renewal of combining large- scale sports events with urban development renewal, expanding urban consumption renewal, inheriting the Winter Olympics culture, and promoting urban cultural renewal, etc. to boost the implementation path of urban renewal.
