健康教育“跨学科”教学的内容与途径研究

摘要 体育与健康中的健康教育一直以来是个容易被忽略的模块,但是其是一个必修必学模块,又是贯彻“健康第一”指导思想的必经之路,而健康教育的内容很杂,其所包含的知识与其他学科的界限非常模糊,所以进行“跨学科”教学是上好健康教育课程的有效途径,在此基础上,本文将健康教育模块中的各教学内容与其他各个学科相关的内容进行了梳理和罗列,并提出了能更好的进行“跨学科”教学的途径。途径包括:汇聚多学科资源,凝聚多方力量,共同发力;优化高校课程科目的设置,定时开展在职培训,使教师掌握广博的文化知识;培养专业的健康教育教师,对体育教育专业学生制定考核标准。 Physical education and health of health education has always been a easy to be ignored module, but it is a required learning module, and carry out the “health first” guiding ideology way, and the content of health education is very miscellaneous, it contains the boundaries between the knowledge and other disciplines is very fuzzy, so “interdisciplinary” teaching is an effective way to good health education courses, on this basis, in this paper, the teaching content and the content of the comb and list, and put forward can better “interdisciplinary” teaching way. The approaches include: pooling multidisciplinary resources, optimizing the setting of college courses, regularly carrying out on-the-job training to make teachers master extensive cultural knowledge;cultivating professional health education teachers, and setting assessment standards for students majoring in physical education to the Hans standard, which illustrates all the formats.
