摘要
本文主要是通过研究贵州民族大学高脚竞速代表队在备战第十届省少数民族传统体育运动会的训练现状进行大量的数据分析,找出问题并给予相应建议。文章主要通过文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法、实地考察等研究方法研究贵州民族大学高脚竞速代表队在备战第十届省少数民族传统体育运动会的基本情况进行调查并加以分析,对相关教练员和运动员进行访谈并结合自己在高脚训练队的实际情况,发现了一些问题和不足,结果显示队伍处于新老交替时期,后备人才匮乏、男女差异大,队内发展不均衡、上课时间与训练时间相冲突,训练次数无保障,营养摄入不合理,运动损伤不及时。建议注意梯队建设,维持队伍发展的可持续性,重视培养后备人才、建议比赛周期均衡发展,实现队内优势互补、上课期间有关领导出台相关政策,保障训练计划的有序进行,并给予相应的物资保障。能够有效的提高贵州民族大学高脚竞速代表队的运动成绩。
This article mainly conducts a large amount of data analysis on the training status of Guizhou University for Nationalities’ high foot racing team in preparation for the 10th Provincial Ethnic Minority Traditional Sports Games, identifies problems, and provides corresponding suggestions. The article mainly uses research methods such as literature review, interview, logical analysis, and on-site investigation to investigate and analyze the basic situation of Guizhou University for Nationalities’ high foot racing team in preparation for the 10th Provincial Ethnic Minority Tradi-tional Sports Games. Interviews with relevant coaches and athletes were conducted, and combined with their actual situation in the high foot training team, some problems and shortcomings were found. The results show that the team is in a period of transition between old and new, with a shortage of reserve talents, significant gender differences, imbalanced development within the team, conflicts between class and training times, inadequate training frequency, unreasonable nutrition intake, and untimely sports injuries. It is recommended to pay attention to the con-struction of echelons, maintain the sustainability of team development, attach importance to cul-tivating reserve talents, and propose a balanced development of the competition cycle to achieve complementary advantages within the team. During class, relevant leaders will introduce relevant policies to ensure the orderly progress of training plans, and provide corresponding material support. It can effectively improve the sports performance of the Guizhou University for Na-tionalities high foot racing team.
