体育强国视域下我国青少年排球开展困境与优化对策研究

Research on the Dilemma and Optimization Countermeasures of My Country’s Youth Volleyball Development from the Perspective of a Sports Power

2019年9月2日,国务院办公厅印发《体育强国建设纲要》,此文件深度明确了体育强国的中心思想,加快了体育强国建设的步伐,是当代体育高效发展的重要契机,是推动我国迈向现代化强国的重要组成部分。三大球发展是体育强国建设实施的根本所在,排球作为三大球之一,取得过优异的成绩,青少年排球的发展状况不仅关乎着排球竞技人才的培养,同样也能让更多的人参与到排球运动中,加速实现体育强国。青少年排球发展离不开学校、家庭、社会的共同参与,加速推进青少年排球工作,这对于推动我国成为体育强国具有十分重要的意义,青少年排球发展是实现体育强国不可或缺的一部分。本文在体育强国的视角下审视排球,从家庭、学校、社会三个层面探究青少年排球发展的价值、困境与实施策略,助力国家推进全民健身和建设体育强国。研究认为,认为青少年排球发展是发展竞技排球的基础;体育强国建设将为青少年排球开展提供机遇;青少年排球发展是普及排球运动的重要途径。

On September 2, 2019, the General Office of the State Council issued the “Outline for Building a Sports Power”. This document deeply clarifies the central idea of building a sports power, accel-erates the pace of building a sports power, and is an important opportunity for the efficient de-velopment of contemporary sports. An important part of my country’s transformation into a mod-ern and powerful country. The development of the three major sports is the foundation for the construction of a sports power. As one of the three major sports, volleyball has achieved excellent results. The development of youth volleyball is not only related to the cultivation of competitive volleyball talents, but also enables more people to participate in volleyball sports and accelerate the realization of a sports powerhouse. The development of youth volleyball is inseparable from the joint participation of schools, families, and society. Accelerating youth volleyball work is of great significance in promoting our country to become a sports power. The development of youth volleyball is an indispensable part of achieving a sports power. This article examines volleyball from the perspective of a sports power, explores the value, dilemma and implementation strategies of youth volleyball development from three levels: Family, school and society, to help the country promote national fitness and build a sports power. The study believes that the development of youth volleyball is the basis for the development of competitive volleyball;the construction of a sports power will provide opportunities for the development of youth volleyball;the development of youth volleyball is an important way to popularize volleyball.
