中国人口老龄化的测度与地区差异分解

Ageing Population Measurement and the Decomposition of Regional Differences in China

近年来由于我国老年人口比重不断加剧,老龄化问题越来越成为我国重点关注的问题。本文从绝对老龄化和相对老龄化的角度度量了我国各地区人口老龄化的程度和速度,并引入泰尔指数来分析我国东中西部老龄化程度的差异。结果表明:老龄化程度东部明显高于中西部地区,而速度上则东部地区相对较缓慢;从分解结果来看,总体老龄化差异主要来源于地区内部。

In recent years, due to the increasing proportion of the elderly population in China, the problem of aging has become the hot issue of our country. From the point of view of the absolute aging and relative aging, this paper measures the extent and the speed of population aging of our country, and introduces the Theil index to analyze the difference in the aging of eastern, middle and western of China. The results show that: the degree of aging in western regions is significantly higher than that in the middle and western regions, while the speed of the eastern region is relatively slow. From the decomposition results, overall aging difference comes from the region interior.
