基于TAM/TPB模型的老年人再就业平台设计研究

摘要 目的:为了满足目前老年人退休后继续工作的需求,填补老年人找工作时的信息漏洞,改善使用电子信息平台时的困难。方法:共收集155份问卷,以TAM/TPB模型为基础提出九条假设,使用SPSS以及SmartPLS进行分析,验证假设,建立影响我国老年人使用就业平台的接受度模型。结果:得到提高老年人使用再就业平台接受度的因素,在功能设计,视觉设计等方面对老年人再就业平台设计提出设计建议。结论:老年人再就业是解决目前人口老龄化带来的问题的方法之一,研究得到的接受度模型可以为将来我国老年人就业相关产品设计提供参考。 Objective: To meet the current needs of older adults to continue working after retirement, to fill the information gap in finding jobs for older adults, and to improve the difficulties in using electronic information platforms. Methods: A total of 155 questionnaires were collected, nine hypotheses were proposed based on the TAM/TPB model, and the hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS as well as SmartPLS to verify the hypotheses and establish a model of acceptance affecting the use of employment platforms by older adults in China. Results: Factors to improve the acceptance of elderly people using the re-employment platform were obtained, and design suggestions were made for the design of the re-employment platform for the elderly in terms of functional design and visual design. Conclusion: Re-employment of the elderly is one of the solutions to the problems brought by the current aging population, and the acceptance model obtained from the study can provide a reference for the design of products related to the employment of the elderly in China in the future.
