贵州省少数民族人口老龄化问题研究

Study on the Aging of Minority Population in Guizhou Province

随着我国人口老龄化进程加快和城市化的快速发展,贵州作为西南地区具有代表性的“未富先老”多民族共居的省份,少数民族人口老龄化与养老服务问题显著突出,成为贵州经济社会发展不可回避的问题,亟待探究其少数民族人口老龄化发展态势,采取有效措施缓解贵州省老龄化压力,从而助力新时代贵州经济社会高质量发展,促进共同繁荣。本文基于2000至2020年三次全国人口普查数据,系统分析贵州省少数民族人口老龄化的发展现状与特征,并探讨其中存在的问题和应对措施。

With the acceleration of population aging and the rapid development of urbanization in China, Guizhou, as a representative multi-ethnic co-living province of “getting old before getting rich” in Southwest China, has become an increasingly prominent problem of ethnic population aging and old-age service, which has become an unavoidable problem in Guizhou’s economic and social development. Effective measures should be taken to alleviate the pressure of aging in Guizhou Province, so as to help the high-quality economic and social development of Guizhou in the new era and promote common prosperity. Based on the data of three national population censuses from 2000 to 2020, this paper systematically analyzes the development status and characteristics of the aging population of ethnic minorities in Guizhou Province, and discusses the existing problems and countermeasures.
