摘要
作为终身教育中的后期阶段,老年教育在终身教育体系中占着极其重要的地位,完善老年教育模式不仅能提高老年人的思想意识和文化素质,还能在一定程度上丰富充实老年人的晚年生活,满足他们的多元需求,增强他们的生活幸福感。当前,在社会需求和国家政策的推动下,已经出现了很多实施“养教结合”的社区,但由于价值理念落后、机制体制不完善、资金和供给保障不足等原因,给“养教结合”养老模式的可持续发展带来了阻力。为了实现“养教结合”模式的进一步发展,需要从加强顶层设计入手,将教育和养老资源进行有效整合,努力培养专业的教育人才,努力宣传积极老龄化观念。
As a later stage of lifelong education, education for the elderly occupies an extremely important position in the lifelong education system, and perfecting the mode of education for the elderly not only improves the ideological awareness and cultural quality of the elderly, but also enriches the life of the elderly in their twilight years to a certain extent, meets their diversified needs, and strengthens their sense of well-being in life. At present, under the impetus of social demand and national policies, many communities have appeared to implement the combination of education and upbringing, but the backward values and concepts, imperfect mechanisms and institutions, and insufficient funding and supply guarantee, bring resistance to the sustainable development of the combination of education and upbringing model of old-age care. In order to achieve the further development of the combined education and parenting model, it is necessary to start by strengthening the top-level design, effectively integrating education and elderly care resources, endeavoring to cultivate professional educators, and working to promote the concept of positive ageing.
