The film was produced by China Taikong Animation (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. The producer is Chinese American animator Zhang Shaofu, who is also the founder and CEO of the company. This paper will deconstruct the animated short film “One Small Step” from the perspectives of art and ideology, art’s nationality and universality, art and social psychology, etc., and analyze its value in grand and micro, realistic and ideographic, history and reality, art and market, as well as its theoretical and practical significance.
