摘要
在我国台湾地区太鲁阁族,女性仍是家庭的主要照顾者。但面对经济的困境,女性需要分担家计,出外工作以补贴家用。家庭里繁琐家务谁来承担?本文在探讨为何有些太鲁阁族男人对家务有高度的参与,有些则否;并探索促使太鲁阁族男人参与家务的因子。本研究采用质性方法进行研究,让参与家务的受访者陈述自己参与家务的经验。研究对象为太鲁阁族已婚男性,年龄在40~50岁。透过四位受访者生命故事,研究者发现每个故事与家庭均有其独特性。经由访谈发现影响他们参与家务的因子包括:1) 从小生长与学习的经验;2) 传统家庭规范;3) 性别意识;4) 社会变迁;5) 殖民与涵化;6) 信仰改变;7) 自我觉醒;8) 婚姻冲突与学习。共同因子为父母亲影响力及家庭教育,而信仰与自觉则是持续参与家务与愿意分担的最大动力。
In Taiwan, the female was still the family main watcher in the Truku tribe. But by facing the difficult economy, it is necessary for the female to share the family budget and go out to work for subsidiary income. Meanwhile, who will undertake the tedious housework in the family? This research studies why it shows the high participation degree in the housework for some of the male in Truku tribe, but some otherwise. The aim is to explore the factors for urging male in Truku to participate in the housework. This research uses the nature method to conduct the study, and lets the interviewees who participate in the housework tell their experience. Interviewees are the married male aged 40 - 50 years old in Truku tribe. Through their life stories, the researcher discovered that each of their stories and families is very unique. By the interview, it is discovered that the factors which move the interviewees to participate in the housework are: 1) growth and the schooling experiences since childhood;2) the norms of the traditional family;3) the consciousness of sex;4) the change of the society;5) colonization;6) the change of the faith;7) the awakening of self;and 8) the marital conflict and the learning. The parents’ influence since childhood is a common factor. The family education at home is also the important factor. In addition, the faith and awakening of self are the factors to continually participate in the housework.
