摘要
本文主要以武警院校研究生导师为例,分析当前军队院校研究生导师激励机制存在的问题,探索建立健全研究生导师激励机制的途径,以适应军校研究生教育改革和培养合格军事人才的需要。
Taking the graduate tutors in PAP academies for instance, this article analyzes the problems of graduate tutors’ motivation mechanism in military academy. In order to meet the need of reforming military graduate education and training qualified military personnel, we explore the way to establish and consummate the motivation mechanism.
