高校工会工作思路与模式改进的思索—学习“华西村精神”有感

华西村创造“天下第一村”的奇迹并非凭空而来,其发展建设离不开强大的精神力量,高校工会发展应充分借鉴华西村精神,坚持走持续科学发展道路,以人为本,构建和谐的精神思想,深入思索高校工会工作模式的改进,将华西精神融入到高校工会工作中,结合高校工会工作特点,创新思维,促进高校工会工作的进一步发展。

Huaxi Village creates the miracle of “world village” is not coming out of thin air. Its development is inseparable from the construction of the strong spiritual force. The development of university union should learn the spirit of Huaxi village, and adhere to the sustainable scientific development. The job of university union should be people-oriented and build a harmonious spiritual thinking. The union should think deeply about the improving of the work mode, integrate the Huaxi spirit into the union work and combine with the characteristics of university union work to innovative the thinking mode, then promote the further development of university union work.
