A Case of Psychological Counseling for College Students’ Stage Anxiety

本文主要介绍了一个大二舞蹈系女生舞台焦虑的心理咨询案例。黄某某因在一次表演比赛中的失误,心理受到伤害,进而产生舞台焦虑,不自信。通过对来访者问题的分析、评估与诊断,确定为一般心理问题。与来访者沟通协商后,确定了咨询方案。通过采用系统脱敏疗法和认知行为疗法进行心理咨询治疗,取得了良好的效果。

This article mainly introduces a sophomore dance department girls’ stage anxiety of psychological counseling case. Miss Huang no longer looked confident and became anxiety for stage since she made a mistake in a competition. Via analysis, assessment and diagnosis of the problem, the problem was identified as a general psychological problem. After consultation with the visitors, the consultation program was established. Through the use of system desensitization therapy and cognitive behavior therapy for psychological counseling and treatment, she has achieved good results.
