政府职能转移是我国近期政治体制变革的重心,而理清政府职能边界,扩大职能领域是我国政府职能转移的一大趋向。为促进政府与社会组织的良性协作,政府部门应转变固定思维,营造良好的社会组织发展环境,同时社会组织也要提高自身能力与公信力建设。通过对调查的社会组织现状进行分析研究,针对发现的问题提出解决对策与建议。
