近年来,有关大学生激情犯罪的案件和报道屡见不鲜,如何有效地进行大学生激情犯罪的预防,保障大学生健康成长、成才,促进社会的稳定与发展,是迫切需要解决的问题。本文结合近几年大学生激情犯罪的典型案例分析,深入挖掘大学生激情犯罪的特点和成因,并据此提出实践中的预防措施。

In recent years, there are many cases and reports about college students’ passion crime. How to effectively carry out the prevention of college students’ passion crime and ensure the healthy growth of college students is a big problem to be solved urgently. Based on the analysis of typical cases of college students’ passion crime in recent years, this paper deeply explores the characteristics and causes of college students’ passion crimes, and puts forward some preventive measures in practice.
