民国时期民生教育中的“新教师”—邰爽秋教师教育思想摭论

“New Teachers” of the Minsheng Education in the Period of the Modern China—The Review of Tai Shuangqiu’s Thought of Teacher Education

“民生教育”是民国时期颇有影响力的一种思潮。作为普及民生教育重要力量的教师,其倡使者邰爽秋对此非常关注。针对民国时期师资匮乏、教师水平良莠不齐的现状,邰爽秋提出了“新教师”的设想,并成为其民生教育思想中教师教育理论的重要组成部分。但由于历史的局限性,并未完全实施,但作为一种理论,值得参考和研究。

“Minsheng Education” is a trend of thought in the period of the Modern China. As an important force in the popularization of Minsheng Education, Tai Shuangqiu is very concerned about teach-ers. Aiming at the shortage of teachers and the status of teachers’ level of good and bad, Tai Shuangqiu proposed the idea of “the new teacher”, which becomes an important part of the teacher education theory of the Minsheng Education. But because of the limitation of history, it has not been fully implemented. But as a kind of theory, it is worthy of reference and study.
