浅析大庆油田履行企业社会责任中存在的问题及应对措施

Analysis of Daqing Oilfield’s Corporate Social Responsibility and Countermeasures

国有企业即是我国社会性质的具体表现形式,又控制着我国的经济命脉,大庆油田作为国有企业的一员,它对社会责任的适当履行对于全体国民和地区的稳定发展具有重大影响。本文结合目前的经济形势和市场情况,讨论大庆油田目前在履行企业社会责任中存在的一些问题,总结产生这些问题的原因,并尝试提出一些对策和建议。

State-owned enterprises are the carriers and manifestation of China state institution, and they are also an economic lifeline of China. Daqing Oilfield Corporation, a Chinese state-run company seeks to fulfill its social responsibility is very important for the Chinese people, promoting economic development and social stability of Heilongjiang Province. In this paper, we discuss the market conditions and economy situation of Daqing Oilfield, and then analyze the problems of Daqing Oilfield’s CSR, finally, we explore the causes of the trouble, and give some advice to help the situation.
