摘要
本文将数据包络分析中的超效率模型和Malmquist指数相结合,利用浙江省渔业生产2008~2016年的市级面板数据,从渔业总体、海水养殖、海水捕捞、淡水养殖和淡水捕捞五个角度出发对温州市渔业生产的全要素生产率进行测算,并将全要素生产率的变化分解为技术效率、技术水平和规模效率三种成分。结果表明,近年来温州渔业总体、淡水养殖和淡水捕捞的全要素生产率呈下降趋势,而海水捕捞和海水养殖的全要素生产率呈上升趋势。
This paper combines the super-efficiency model and Malmquist index in data envelopment analysis to measure total factor productivity in Wenzhou fishery from the perspective of overall fishery, mariculture, sea fishing, freshwater aquaculture and freshwater fishing by using the municipal panel data of fishery production in Zhejiang from 2008 to 2016. The change of total factor productivity is decomposed into three aspects: technical efficiency, technical level and scale efficiency. The results show that the total factor productivity in Wenzhou fishery production, freshwater aquaculture and freshwater fishing has been declining in recent years, while the total factor productivity of mariculture and sea fishing is on the rise.
