摘要
本文阐述了工匠精神能成就中小微企业基业长青的现实原因在于关注产品的制造和顾客的需求,具有专业技术优势和市场前景,是学习效应和市场效应共同作用的结果。在分析中小微企业文化建设存在的认识不足、本末倒置、内容混淆三大误区的基础上,指出中小微企业要从企业文化建设战略、树立质量为先的经营理念、坚持“以人为本”等方面加强以工匠精神为核心的企业文化建设。
This article expounds the reality of the reason that the spirit makes micro, small and medium enterprises built to be lasting is that enterprises should focus on product manufacturing and customer needs with professional and technical advantages and market prospects. Learning effect and market effect makes the final result. Based on the three myths of micro, small and medium enterprises that lack of awareness of the existence of cultural construction, the inversions and confused content, we point out that in order to strengthen the spirit of craftsman as the core enterprise culture construction, small and micro enterprises should take the strategy of enterprise culture construction, build up the business philosophy of quality first, adhere to the “people-oriented”, etc.
