自李克强总理提出“大众创业,万众创新”的发展战略以来,大学生作为充满创新精神的群体,也积极投身到返乡创业行列中。本文通过对大学生返乡创业的可行性和必要性,已有模式及其问题的分析,并结合相关政策与文献,提出新的返乡创业模式设想——机构创业模式,为大学生返乡创业带来一种新方向,同时也为农村发展提供一种新可能。

Since Premier Li Keqiang put forward the development strategy of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”, college students have been actively involved in returning to their hometowns as a group of innovative spirit. This article through the feasibility and necessity of college students returning home business, mode and problem analysis, and combined with related policies and documents, comes up with an idea for a new home business model-agency business model, brings a new direction for college students returning home business, as well as provides a new possibility for rural development.
